Puma Fast-R NITRO Elite 3 Women。The Puma Fast-R Nitro Elite 3 are the very top of carbon plated distance racing shoes, worn by elite runners and included on almost every list of top super shoes. They are often sold out! This pair has been worn exactly once: an 11 mile run workout during which I was on track to set a half-marathon PR. They are women\'s size 10.5, which is *exactly* the same as men\'s size 9.0 because Puma uses the same \"shoe last\" (or shoe mold) for their racing shoes. Outside of a small nick of foam lost on that run (see pictures), they are like new. The PUMA Fast R-3 can work from the 5K to the marathon. It\'s best suited for mid-to-forefoot strikers, although they can work for all foot strikes at shorter distances. These shoes are not meant for easy/slow running, but for runners going fast on race day. Style: 312060_09 Color: Fresh Water-Lemon Crush $235 or best offer.
